Shipping

We ship worldwide. International orders do not usually have a tracking number, however, you will be advised once your order has been fulfilled.

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty, and/or Customs charges.

All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. ZenMoon is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Because of sanitary requirements, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened in its original packaging.  Please provide an original receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@myzenmoon.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.  You will be required to pay for shipping back to us.  Items sent back to us without an authorized return shipping label will not be accepted

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
